How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Macmillaneducacioneverywhere Septic should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Macmillaneducacioneverywhere Septic
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Content on this website that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, first take it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Macmillaneducacioneverywhere Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Send Your Complaint

Email contact@macmillaneducacioneverywhere.lol and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Send It

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Last, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
